REGISTRATION DESK

The Registration desk will help on matters related to transportation from your hotel to the conference venue – the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy, Weigla street 12 (ulica Weigla 12) and to the evening social events, and any other issues.

Registration desk is open:
•    on Tuesday, May 13th, from 3 pm to 6pm in the main hall of Campanile Centrum Hotel
•    on Wednesday, May 14th, from 930 to 1400 in the conference venue - the main hall of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy, Weigla street, 12.

 

IMPORTANT LOCATIONS

The Institute is located ca 35/20 minutes by tram/taxi from the immediate hearth of the city – Main Square (Rynek). It has very convenient municipal transportation connection with Campanile-Centrum Premiere Classe hotels, bus and train stations (PKS and PKP), all by the same tramway No. 9:
to the Institute the direction ”Park Południowy”
to the city centre (Main Square (Rynek), Ossolineum etc.) – direction ”Sępolno”.


Both conference days the mini bus shuttle will operate from Campanile-Centrum and Premiere Classe Hotels to the Institute, the conference venue, at 8.40 am from the parking lot.

POSTER EXHIBITION

The Poster exhibition will take place in the Library near the main lecture hall during both days of the conference.
Please mount your poster on Wednesday morning before the Opening, from 8.40am.

 

SPONSOR EXHIBITION

The Sponsors are displayed on the groung floor just behind the Registration desk, for both days of the conference. The coffee spot is also available there.

 

LUNCH

Lunch, which is included in the registration fee, is a buffet-style affair and will be served in the main hall in the immediate close to the main lecture hall. During lunch coffee will be available in the Library near Poster exhibition, and on the ground floor near the Sponsor exhibition.

 

COFFEE & TEA BREAKS

During coffee breaks the coffee spots are located in the main hall next to the main lecture hall on the first floor and on the ground floor near the Sponsor exhibition.

 

SOCIAL EVENTS DIRECTIONS

TUESDAY, May 13th, 18.30 – 20.00
Opening and Welcome Party – Ossolineum (=Zakład im. Ossolińskich), Szewska street
We meet in the Ossolineum garden – the baroque-style inner yard of the building, just near Odra river. This is the magnificent library and museum with the great collection of Polish literature monuments, and first of all, the manuscript of national epopee “Pan Tadeusz” by Adam Mickiewicz. Ossolineum is one of the most important culture places in Wrocław.
During this informal meeting we will enjoy wine, beverages and some cocktail snacks; a short promenade to the Main Square (Rynek) will end the evening.

WEDNESDAY, May 14th, 18.30 – 22.00
Biesiada social event, , at the Letnia restaurant, Wrocław ZOO
The Wroclaw ZOO was founded in the 19th century and by then is continuously adored not only by children. Today our ZOO is adjusted to modern standards, fulfills the international requirements, and is turned into a modern park for animals.
Next to the four-leg-residents of this place, the Letnia restaurant in the middle of ZOO offers us a classic barbeque with local beer and beverages. The word “Biesiada” means “a feast” during which joy and happiness can be expressed by all means – preferably by common singing the songs.

Do not forget your conference bagde!this is your ticket to the ZOO  (and be patient, please, the main street there is just being renovated..).

Conference dinner, at the Campanile Centrum hotel, Ślężna street 28 (ul. Ślężna 28)

Time for continuation of the serious discussions and more  relaxed small talks, accompanied by tasty food, music, and first of all, an excellent companionship!
